Humanity has lost sight of the fact that the body is not them but just a vehicle for the true being to reside in. For many, this is still a hard concept to grasp and Chrysoprase helps to rethink this concept. Stress creates a breakdown of one’s connection to all aspects (physical, emotional, mental & spiritual) creating an imbalance throughout. As one becomes further and further out of balance the effects of stress have less resistance and a strong downward spiral is created.
